The woman suspected that the paper was o forgery and. alter cashing it, investigated inves-tigated and later caused the man's arrest. Goodman, at his boarding I house, gnve the name of Brown and It was by this name that he endorsod the forged check. After his arrest he changed his name lo Goodman.
