In addition to the quantity of water above specified, applicant intends to appropriate twenty (20) acre feet of water, which will be stored during the period from January 1 to December 21, inclusive, inclu-sive, of each year, in a reservoir embraced em-braced In Section 34. Township 7 north. Range 3 cast, Salt Lake base of meridian. The watei so stored will be released whenever needed, during the period from January 1 to December 31. Inclusive, of each year, at the point first above described and conveyed to the place and used in connection with the twenty (20) cubic-feet cubic-feet per second of water.
