Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS. City, Utah, July 14. 1910. State Engineer's Office, Salto Lake City, July 14, 1910. Notice Is hereby given that II. J. Craven, whose postoflice addresj Is Ogden, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Sessions Laws of Utah, 1909, to appropriate twenty (20) cubic-feet per second of water from the North Branch of the South Fork of Ogden River, Weber County, Utah, Said water will be diverted at a point which bears north 11 degrees de-grees west 2.200 foet from the south quarter corner of Section 23, Township 7, north, Rnngo 3 cart, Salt Lake baso and meridian, from where It will be conveyed by means of a pipe line for a dlstanco of 12,500 feet and there used during the period from January 1 to December 31, Inclusive, of each year, to develop power for the pur-lose pur-lose of electric lighting and prope) Hog machinery at Ogden. Utah. In addition to the quantity of water above specified, applicant intends to appropriate twenty (20) acre-feet of water which will be stored during tha period from January 1 to Decemb9r 21, Inclusive, of each year, In a reservoir re-servoir embraced in Section 23, Township Town-ship 7 north. Range 3 east, Salt Lake base of meridian.
