Show NOTICE OF SPECIAL ELECTION. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that in pursuance of law and of a resolution resolu-tion and order of tho City Council, of Ogden City, Utah, passed the lsi day of August, A. D 1910, an election elec-tion Is hereby colled and will be held in each of the live Municipal Wards of Ogden. Utah, on the Cth day of September, 1910, for the purpose of submitting to a vote, of tho qualified electors as shall have paid property tax in Ogden Clly In the year 1909, the question whether said City Coun cil shall be authorized, allowed, and permitted to create and Incur a bonded bond-ed indebtedness of one hundred thous-an thous-an ($100,000 00) dollars, and Issue bonds of the City of Ojiden therefor, to be ured for the purpose of constructing con-structing an additional conduit from the sources of water supply in the Ogden River system to the storage reservoirs of the Ogden Waterworks 6stem; and for the further purpose of constructing additional distributive mains from the storage reservoirs of the Ogden Waterworks System throughout various portions of Ogden City. That the following are the places designated for the purpose of holding said election, and which said election elec-tion will be held In each of the Municipal Mun-icipal Wards of paid Ogden City, respectively: re-spectively: In the First Municipal Ward, at the City Hall; In the Second Municipal Ward, at the Armorv Building, No. 329 24th St; In the Third Municipal Ward, at the Mound Fort School House, No. 1200 Washington Avenue; In the Fourth Municipal Ward, at the County Court HouBe: ( In the Fifth Municipal Ward. ?t the office of the Columbia Club Cigar com-pauy, com-pauy, 451 25th street That tho following persons, who are electors in thtlr respective wards, are hereby appointed as Judge of election, elec-tion, to conduct, and who will conduct con-duct said elections in the said respective respec-tive Wards In the City of Ogden- For tho First Municipal Ward of Ogden City, James Cassln, T. F. Em-ruett Em-ruett and Mrs. Hcber Warner. For the Second Municipal Ward of Ogden City, David W. Evans. Mrs. T A. Newman and Mrs. D Anderson. For the Third Municipal Ward of said Ogden Cltv. Nels Anderson. Asael Farr and Mrs. Albert Powers For the Fourth Municipal Ward of said Ogden City, W. S Donaldson, Henry Slcele and H. Goodale. For the Fifth Municipal Ward of said Ogden City. Hattle L. Brown, T. A. Whalen and H. C. Jacobs. ' That the time during which the polls shall be and remuin open In each of said Words in the said election, as above stated, shall be from 7 o clcek In the forenoon, continuously, until 11 o'clock In the afternoon of said 6tb day of September, 1910. That the amount of Indebtedness I proposed to be Incurred by Ogden 1 City, If legally authorized, permitted and allowed to do so by this election shall be the sum of One Hundred Thousand ($100,000.00) Dollars, which sum of money shall be used in constructing con-structing a conduit from the sources of water supply in the Ogden River System to the storage reservoirs of the Ogden Waterworks system, and in constructing additional distributive mains from said storage reservoirs to various and districts where needed within Ogden City.
