Show NOTICE OF SPECIAL ELECTION. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that In pursuance of law and of a resolution resolu-tion and order of the City Council, of Ogden City, Utah, passed the 1st day of August. A. D 1910. an election elec-tion is hereby called and will be held in each of the live Municipal Wards of Ogden, Utah, on the Gth dav of September, 1910, for the purpose of submitting to a vote, of the qualified electors as shall have paid property tax in Ogden City In thc year 1909, the question whether Said City Council Coun-cil shall be authorized, allowed, and permitted to create and incur a bonded bond-ed indebtedness of one hundred thous-an thous-an ($100,000,001 dollars, and issue bonds ot the City of Ogden therefor, to be used for the purpose of constructing con-structing an additional conduit from the sources of water supply in tho Ogden River system to the storage reservoirs of tho Ogden Waterworks system; and for the further purpose of constructing additional dlslributlvo mains from the storage reservoirs of the Ogden Waterworks System throughout various portions of Ogden Cltr. That the following are the places designated for the purpose of holding said election, and which said election elec-tion will be held in each of the Municipal Mun-icipal Wards of Bald Ogden City, respectively. re-spectively. In the First Municipal Ward, at the City Hall; In the Second Municipal Ward, at the Armory Building, No. 329 21th St.; In the Third Municipal Ward, at the Mound Fort School House. No. 1200 Washington Avenue; In tho Fourth Municipal Ward, at the County Court House; In the Fifth Municipal Ward, at the offlce of the Columbia Club Cigar company, com-pany, 151 25th street. That the following persons ttho aro electors in their respective wards, are hereby appointed as Judge of elec-' lion, to conduct, and who will conduct con-duct snid elections in the sold respective respec-tive Wards in the City of Ogden: For tho First Municipal Ward of Ogden Clly, James Cassin, T. b Em mott ond Mrs. Heber Warner. For the Second Municipal Ward of Ogden City, David W. Evans. Mrs. T. A Newman and Mrs. D Auderson. For the Third Municipal Ward of said Ogden City, Nels Anderson. Asael Fnrr and Mrs. Albert Powers. For the Fourth Municipal Ward of said Ogden City, W. S. Donaldson, Henry Steele and H. Goodale. For the Fifth Municipal Ward of said Ogden City. Hattie L. Brown, T. A. Whalen and II C. Jacobs. I That tho time during which the polls shall be and remain open in each of said Wards In the said election. a3 above stated, shall be from 7 o'clock in the forenoon, ' continuously, until 11 o'clock in the afternoon of said Gth day of September, 1910.
