Show I POLICE COURT In the criminal division of the municipal mu-nicipal court this morning W. C. Rose-berry. Rose-berry. F. Duller and O. Tllton pleaded plead-ed guilty to tho charge of trespass and were each given a suspended sentence sen-tence of HO days. John Stevens stated that he was guilty of vagrancy ond the court sentenced sen-tenced him to pay a fine of -lu or serve t-n days in the city jail at hard labor. Jennie and Jane Richards were arraigned ar-raigned on the charge of disturbing the peace. They pleaded not tullty and tho case was set for hearing tomorrow to-morrow morning. The complainant, A. E. Reller, was not In court and tho city attorney asked that a bench warrant war-rant be issued, that he might be iu court tomorrow to testify In the premises. prem-ises. Tho complaint alleges that the defendants disturbed the peac e of tin complainant by tuarreling and fighting fight-ing C. B Mitchell pleaded guilty to the charge of petit larceny, the court taking tak-ing the matter under ndisemcnt be fore passing sentence Mitchell is the young man charged with the looting loot-ing or trunks belonging to Daniel Pettlbone Pet-tlbone and David Crccketl, July 2nd He was first charged with grand larceny, lar-ceny, but the county attorney found that the proof of the valuation of tbe goods taken would not establish tbe fact that grand larceny, had been committed com-mitted and a complaint alleging petit larceny was filed, and the case of grand larceny dismissed.
