Show OARSMEN IN COMPETITION. Washington. Aug 12. In the broad cxpanso of the Potomac, just above where the long brld'ge spans its depths, oarsmen all the way from tho Gulf of Mexico to the Hudson Bay are arriving today for supremacy in the annual regatta of the National Association As-sociation of Amateur Oarsmen. The contest will extend over two afternoons. after-noons.
