OCR Text	Show BREAK l PIPE IN 1BER CANYON Eearly yesterday morning the bands of steed holding the wooden staves of the great water main of the I'tah Light and Railway company which cones the water 01 the Weber to the power plant near Devil's Gate, were not strong enough to hold the water within bounJs. and the stream broke forth with great force. The break In the main extended a distance of about fit teen feet and It could not be repaired uutll the water had been shut off at the headgate. This was clone, and it required the efforts ot about twenty-five men twenty-four hours to make the needed repairs. re-pairs. The damage cannot now be estimated
