Young Bell is pjild to answer the description of a youth named Elmer Hudglns. who escaped frvm the California Institution Institu-tion on October 2S. The boy denies that be is wanted In California, bur. in many ways, he answers the description wh'ch the police po-lice have of the fugitive. Hudglns was seizing time in the reform sche. for burglary and made his escape by jumping from a moving i-trcet car on which he was riding. In company with one of the officers of the Inst.tullon. He Is said to le an expert In beating his way on freight and passenger trains and the officials of the school. In send.tjg out their escape notices, staled that he, no doubt, was making his way east.
