They were held on I heir own recognizance It Is quite possible, however, that, in order to tost the constitutionality of the ordinance, I which the butchers propose to do, an understanding may be had to call only one of the cases next Tuesday. If the law Is determined to be constitutional, con-stitutional, the other dealers will yield to the terms of the ordinance: if not, the other cases will be dis missed.
