Show FISH AND POULTRY ARE . . SCARCE IN LOCAL MARKET The scarcity of fish and poultry is the feature of the local retail market at present. Wholesale dealers say they are hardly able to fill their orders or-ders for either fish or poultry. Toultry has 1 been coming in very slowly the past week and there has been a scarcity. On the omcr hand, eggs hne been coming In more freely, free-ly, and some of them are strictly fresh from the farms of Utah. Dealers Deal-ers promise that with tho first week of warm weather the price of eggs will drop. Despite the fact that the price of butter was lowered 5 cents a pound nearly two weeks ago, dealers say that the sale has not Increased, but that'the demand for oleomargarine oleomargar-ine is increasing daily, and that the only trouble they have Is in supplying the demand. A feature of tho week was the arrival ar-rival "of a carload of tomatoes from Mississippi. The "love apples" are probably the finest tnat over reached this city at this time of the jear, and pre finding a ready sale.
