Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS. State Engineer' Offlco, Salt Lake City. Utah. April 16, 1910. Notice is hereby given that George T Stenhouse, whose post office address Is Morgan, Utah, has made application In accordance with the requirements re-quirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1&07, as amended by tbe Session Ses-sion Laws of Utah, 1909, to npproprl-ate npproprl-ate one-fourth (1-4) of a cubic foot per second of water from Cedar Hollow Hol-low Spring. Morgan County, Utah. Said spring Is situated at a point which Ilea 1,207 8 feet eaM of tho south quarter corner of Section 24, Township 4 north, Range 2 east, Salt Lake base and meridian The water will be diverted at the place where It Issues from said prlng and conveyed con-veyed by means of n plpo line, ditch and a flume, for a distance of 3,000 feet and there used during the period from April 1 to October 15, Inclusive, of each jear, to irrlgato 10 acres of land embraced In Section 25, Township Town-ship 1 south. Range 2 east, Salt Lake base and meridian. As much of said water as may be necessary will b used during the entire ear for domestic do-mestic purose8. This application is designated In the Stato Engineer's of flee as No. 2952.
