Show REORGANIZATION IS SCHEDULED Tortland, Ore., May 17. An evening paper says today that a complete reorganization re-organization of the entire auditing department de-partment of the Harriman railroads is scheduled for June 1. It means the transfer of Ralph Blalsdell from the audltorshlp of the Oregon Railroad and Navigation company to Omaha as general auditor of the Union Pacific, to succeed Travers Young, who will go to Chicago as'auditor in caief of the entire system. The accounting department de-partment of the entire system is to be centralized at Chicago. The new policy contemplates a general gen-eral auditor p.t the terminal points of each of the lines affiliated with the new system. Under this arrangemeni W. H. Anderson, now freight auditor of the Union Pacific at Omana, comes here to take Illaisdell's place. C. B. Segar, auditor of the Soutnern Pacific, is said to be slated to become Auditor in Chief Young's right hand man, with headquarters at Omaha, while H. J. Stirling, auditor of the Union Pacific at Omaha, will become general auditor of the Southern Tacllic at San Francisco. J |
