Show LAWYERS OF IDAHO WANT SYSTEM CHANGED Folse. Ida., Jan. 7. Today tho State Far association, in session here, and which Is largely attended, had under alscusslon the court systom of Idaho, and decided to recommend changes in the system to the legislature. The concensus of opinion was that Judges should be nonpartisan and be elected at other than a general election. One member of tho association went so far as to advocate a constitutional convention for the purpose of changing chang-ing the systera. Tho grand Jury of the District court hero returned eight indictments against H. E. Ncal. former cashier of the Capital State bank, defunct They were for alleged forgeries and other Irregularities while he was cashier. The forgeries be is said to havo com- mitted aggregate $75,000.
