Show BANK'S AFFAIRS IN COURT. Retraining Order s Asked Directed Against Fitzgeralds. Salt Lake, 'April 1 Another phase, of the Jordyn State bank trouble was presented today when Henry T. Mc-Kwnn, Mc-Kwnn, vice president of the bank, and assistant cashier of the State Bank of Utah, filed a complaint, in the Third district court, asking-' Tor a restraining order preventing j. v .w. On that date the former cashier, W. D. Fitzgerald, was dfposM He refused to vacate the ofTirc, however, and the complaint filed today alleges that he entered the bank yesterday and refused re-fused to allow Cashier Bloom to perform per-form his duties. The complaint, which will come up in the court Thursday afternoon, sought t have the former cashier prevented pre-vented from entering the bank prem-ixPS. As the result of the action of the cashier and the trouble at the bank, a small run was started on the bank.
