Engineer West of the Ogden Rapid Transit company states that he expected ex-pected to establish a camp of about 75 men at Billy Wll3on'R place In th canjon, much of the grade work having hav-ing been completed to that point. The'Slide at the Iewls place has Interfered In-terfered considerably with the plans of extension and will hinder th prog- I less of the work above that point. The steel rails hae bon heard from and" It Is hoped that they will arrlv here In time for laying before th arrival ar-rival of tho steel for the bridges. The first two bridges must b In place by April 20th and, according to present Indications, this will bo accomplished without undue haste. It Is hoped, however, how-ever, that the rails will arrive In time to aold laying temporary rails, such as are now ou hand, for the transportation transpor-tation of the bridge steel.
