Show MRS. PARSONS TELLS COURT OF HER NEEDS Wife of Weil-Known Attorney Says $250 a Month Is Not Enough. Salt Lake, Jan. 9 Two hundred and fifty, dollars a month is not sufficient suf-ficient to maintain Mrs. Jennie J3. Parsons Par-sons and her daughter and provide them with suitable winter clothing, nnd it would require from $100 to $500 a month to maintain Mrs. Parsons Par-sons in the style to which she has been accustomed. This was Mrs. Parsons testimony before Judge Morse of the District court Friday afternoon in tho hearing hear-ing of the order directed against C. C. Farsons to show cause why he shall not pay Mrs. Parsons and daughter $250 a month pending the final adjudication adjudi-cation of the separate maintenance 6uit against him. The order was entered enter-ed as requested, tho first payment to ba made January 15, but probably will be held in abeyance, upon agreement, until Mr. Parsons returns to the city.
