Show terested in the project at the Weber academy, yesterday afternoon, an organization or-ganization "was perfected and officers elected as follows: Nathan Baker, president; James Thomas, vice president; presi-dent; George McCoy, secretary. . . Parley Taylor presided over the meeting and O. G. Shupe acted as secretary-. The gathering was an enthusiastic enthu-siastic one which gave quite conclusive conclu-sive assurance that the league would be placed into active operation at the beginning of the baseball season. The next meotlng of the organization will be held at the academy building next Friday. March 19. TO ORGANIZE WEBER CO. BASEBALL LEAGUE The movement for the organisation of a Weber county baseball league, to include amateur teams of the county, is well under way and is assured of success. The idea is to organize a county league for tho purpose of conducting con-ducting a series of games In various parts of the county during the season.
