Show MORE PROCEEDINGS AGAINST AUG. HENZE ARE CONSIDERED New York. March 13. Additional proceedings against F. Augustus Helnze, the former copper king, were considered yesterday, it is understood, by the federal gTand jury. It is tho general belief that some of the evidence evi-dence obtained during the trial or Charles W. Morse, the convicted banker, was presented to the jury. Heinze was Indicted about a year ago for the over-certification of a draft drawn by his- brother. Otto C. Holnze, on the Mercantile National bank. The draft called for approximately $450,000 but Helnze was released ou ', ?50,000 ball. . Heinze's trial was to have begun aftqr that of Morse, but so much evidence evi-dence bearing on the case was brought out during the Morse trial that It was decided to postpone any prosecution until after a second Indictment had been returned, If possible. i '' |
