It has been represented to the Honorable Judge of the 1'nlted States district court for the DiatflCt of L'ta!) from the varie:i Bill of Complaint for Injunction on the pa-l of the plaintiff, and It has been made to appear from the affidavits of Certain Individuals H support thereof before the judge of said court to be relieved touching the matters complained of, in which said petition It Is stated among other things that the said defendants are combining and confederating with others to Injure tho plaintiff t ou Chi n g the matters set forth In said petition and thnt said actings and doings in the premises! are contrary to equity and good conscience; and this matter having come on regularly for hearing upon an order heretofore made against the defendants to show caue. and a subpoena In equity and a copy of said order having been served on said defendants, and tl.e court having heard :'ie evidence and arguments of couns -1 ,:id beins fully advised in the premises, upon consideration find that you. -he above named defendants, are combining ind confederating with others to the in-Jury in-Jury of the plaintiff as set forth in Bald pctitlt.n and affidavits, and that your actions and doings in the premises are contrary to equity and good conscience, and that a writ of Injunction preliminary to the final hearing Is proper and should be allowed as against you the above named 'defendants and each of you -apeetively, and all other persons in ac-tive ac-tive concert, combination or participation participa-tion with you and all oiher persons associating as-sociating or acting with or members of the aforesaid local unions Now, therefore.
