Utah, 1915 The. undersigned treasurer o Ogdgn Oltjj t'tah, bore-by gives notice that a special lax for the purpose of paying the costs ef building paving. grading, 1 onstructlng curbs. gutters, combination combina-tion curbs and gutters where not now built, sidewalks, culverts, storm sewers, irrigation and drainage systems, sys-tems, driveways. and for extending water and sewer service connections connec-tions from the mains to the back of the curb lines, together with all other things necessary to do and to fully complete com-plete said work rn the .streets opposite the property hereinbefore and hereinafter described to be especially affected and benefited by said Improvement in Ogden City, Utah, has bcn levied and confirmed con-firmed by an ordinance of the beard of 1 ommlsslnners of Ogden City. 1 tah. adopted und passed Octobed 30, 1922, and published Oct. 81, 1922.
