Show CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT NO. 3 Proposing to Amend Section 9, of ArtlCIS Vr, of the Constitution of Utah, Relating to Compensation Compen-sation of the Membcn of the Legislature A Joint rosolutlon proposing aa amendment to Section 0, of Article VI. of the Conatitutlon of the State of Utah relating to compensation of the members of tho legislature. Be it enacted by the Legislators of tte State of Utah, two-thirds of the ; members elected to each of the two 1 houses concurring therein : Section 1. It is proposed to amend Section 9, Article VI, of the constitution constitu-tion of the State of Utah so that tho I sarao will read as follows : Sec. 9. The members of the legls- i laturo shall receive such per diem and mileage as the legislature may pro vldo, not exceeding eight dollars per day, and ton cents per mile for tho I (lists necessarily traveled going te 1 aad rstnrnlng from the place of meet-tag meet-tag on the most usual route, and they hall receive no other psy or per- ' qeiatta.
