Mr. Jenkins alleges in this complaint that the defendants own jfarni land adjolnnlg his near Uintah and that during 1H17 they erected h dam on a certain waterway, which runs through both properties, which caused flood waters to back up on the Jenkins land, Causing much damajre. Mr. Jenkins alleges that through the acts of tho defendants, several acres of hl9 farm havo been made unfit for cultivation, and he seeks Jdgment of 6500 as damages.
