OCR Text	IN THE JUSTICE'S COURT In and for Tenth Precinct, Salt Lake County, State of Utah: SUMMONS J. J. Carr, Plaintiff, vs. Hugo Wickstrom, Defendant. The State of Utah to the Defendant: Defen-dant: You are hereby summoned to appear before the above entitled court within ten days after the service of this Summons upjn you, if served within the county in which this action is brought, otherwise within twenty day 4 after the service and defend the above entitled action brought against you to recover the sum of $103.00 and legal interest thereon from November 1, 1923, alleged to be due plaintiff from defendant for money loaned by plaintiff to defendant and for board by plaintiff for defendant and in case of your failure to do so, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand de-mand of the complaint.
