Show uu TWO BOUND OVER ON BURGLARY CHARGES Earl Seaton of Oakland, Cal , charg ed with third degree burglary', was arraigned ar-raigned in the cltv court this morning. He waived his preliminary examination examina-tion and was bound over for trial to the district court. His ball was fixed at J1000. It Is alleged that Seaton committed third degree burglary- by entering the room of John Vorbcrger at the Weber hotel, 166 Twenty fifth street, on Ma;. 5. Ixsvell Hale also charged with third degree burglary, waived his prellml nary hearing and was bound over for trial to the district court under ball of $1000 Ho Is alleged to have broken into the residence of H. Swsner, 213 Thirty-first street, on May 7. George Martin, charged with the (heft of a suit of clothing from Joe Galorza pleaded not guilty and the hearing of his case was set for tomorrow to-morrow morning. John Johnson, charged with being drunk, failed to appear lor trial and ihis bail amounting to ?50 was declared forfeited. Elmer Johnson charged with the same offense, was found guilty and sentenced to pay a fine of ?6( or to servo GO days In Jail it is alleged that he started a fight In the city Jailj with one of the other prisoners when' he was placed in the cell. Bakr. charged with driving-his driving-his automobile across the intersection of Twenty-sixth street and Washington avenue at an excessive speed, pleaded guilty and was sentenced to pav a fine of $50 or serve 50 days in Jail. |
