COMMUNITY SERVICE PUT BEFORE CITY William Bradford, national director I of music- for the Community Service (of America, called upon Mayor Frank Francis and members of the city -om-i mission this morning; ;inl explained the workings of the service through-j through-j out the country. He urgeil the com-! com-! missioners to take action in, bringing the service here and the appointment of a playground supervisor who will take charge of music, recreation and dramatics to be staged in city parks and also organize community even I Gus Wright Introducer! .Mr. Bradford to the mayor and commissioners, and Mr. Bradford was assured that the commission was in accord with hit : Ideas.
