It heard a suit for damages against the Public Service Pailway coiiiimv' Whereas the members of the last mixed Jury told conflicting stories a--to how they spent the night, some of them admitting that they played cards and took naps, today's Jury apparent-Ij apparent-Ij had agreed upon a pulk .,i mI-ence. mI-ence. as not one word was forthcoming forthcom-ing as to how the deliberations were conducted. Three of the women of tho Jurv j were members of the mixed Jury of last week which also was unable to j agree on a verdict. Five of the jurors discharged today i Were married women and their bus-bands bus-bands were in court when they reported. |
