The Jurors are William R. Miller, A P. Langlols, Herman Van Break and Alfred H. Ashion, all business busi-ness men of Ogden After the noon recess the trial was resumed at 1 o'clock. J. B. Bates, counsel of defense de-fense was arguing at press time. The case was expected to be given to the Jury about 2.30 o'clock.
