Short. 47. chief prohibition enforcement officer for the East St. Tniis district, was seriously wounded In a gun-fight late Monday when Kinn-berg Kinn-berg resisted an attempt of a party ot prohibition agents, aimed with a search warrant, to search bis home for illicit whiskey. Leslie Farmer a deputy prohibition agent, was slightly wounded 1n the fight After Rlnnberg had been klll- 'ed, the raiding party seized a still, and a quantity of whiskey and mash which ;thcv found in the basement of the home.
