WASHINGTON, Judy 22 Complaints Com-plaints that engines and cars, because of the shopmen'a strike, were getting in poor order, and possibly in a condition con-dition dangerous for the trainmen to operate, were presented to Sonator Cummins today by commlttco of legislative leg-islative agents representing the "Big Four" brotherhoods. The committee also presented B written petition, reinforced re-inforced by oral arguments, ln a conference con-ference with Senator Cummins lasting nehrly three hours urging repeal of al labor provisions in the transportation transporta-tion act and restoration of the voluntary volun-tary arbitration plan of the former Erdman and New lands laws.
