Campbell s alleged violation of the federal statute was discovered Incidentally Inci-dentally after he had been arrested by city authorities at Logan on tho charges of pusslng fictitious check on a hotel In that city It was learned after his arrest that the girl In his company was not Mrs Campbell, as was shown on tho hotel register. Campbell and his wife were arrested arrest-ed more than a year ago In 'g.len on charges of removing a 16-year-old girl from Pocatello to that city. Mr. Campbell was acquitted and Campbell Camp-bell was sentenced to three months In Jail A light sentence was given on account of the defendant having awaited trial In Jail for several months.
