Cal. last Saturday, after an Illness of more than a year. .Mr. Larklns was a former commissioner commis-sioner o( Davis count and assisted in the organization of the Karnes' Banking company of Kaysville. of which he was one of the directors. His father died before he left England, and his mother died on th. way to Utah, and was burled at St. Louis .Mr. Larklns settled at Kaysvilb-With Kaysvilb-With his slter. Mrs. William Topley. While still a young man he entered the Ii' -stock business and became one of th leading livestock men in this part of the west. Mr Larkins is survived by three sons and three daughters Frank i. and Fred J. Larklns both of Kaysville; Kays-ville; Howard J. larklns of Wlnne-niiic. Wlnne-niiic. a. o.- : Mrs George H.
