Llnd-sev Llnd-sev of the Denver Juvenile court for hU refusal to pav the $500 fine as sessed against him for contempt or court In a case where the ludge de-. de-. lined to testify In a murder trial because be-cause he said he could not "betray tb. confidence of child." was adopted In- unanimous vote of the Denver Bar association here Friday. Judge Lindgey was accused by the lawyers of dishonoring Colorado and its "people, holding himself above tho law. and "advertising himself as a martyr." Tho resolution criticising the Judge was offered by Harry C. Davis of Denver, and submitted to a vote without with-out discussion. There was no dissenting dis-senting votes to its adoption.
