Show MRS. SCUTHWICK GETS 30 DAYS IN COUNTY JAIL Facing a charge of pelit larceny, i which had been reduced from a fel ony charge of forgery, Mrs. Ella Southwick pleaded guilty before i Judge L. J. Holther and was sentenced sent-enced to 30 days in the county jail. Mrs Southwick was arrested re-erntly re-erntly In company with Newell j Brown Turner and was charged w ith I forgery Because of extenuating circumstances cir-cumstances County Attorney David Wilson deemed It advisable to dismiss dis-miss the charge of forgery and file a complaint of petit larceny. |
