Charges against George Graham Rice, alleging violation of California corporations cor-porations law, which were filed last Bummer have been dismissed b I 1 1 Judge Mortimer Smith of Oakland Prosecutor Donohue moved the dismissal dismis-sal yesterday and informed the court the warrant had been issued on a misapprehension mis-apprehension and that there was no j evidence to warrant a prosecution. Rice came here rocently from Salt Iako City and demanded the case either be pronecuted or dismissed.
