Instructions were !glen by Judge Tlllmnn D. Johnson and the Jury retired at 1.2.r p. m. At 1:46 p. m. they returned ond the verdict ver-dict of not guilty was read to the court. Harmas was charged with knowledge knowl-edge of the theft of nn automobile stolen from Nate Morgan by Abdul A 11 1 at Pocatello. Ida., on September 9, 1921 The argument! In the case were completed this forenoon by Assistant 1'hlted States DlKtrlct Attorney David H. Cannon and by Stuart r Dobbs. assisted as-sisted by W. 11 Rceder, Jr., for the defense. Mike Stoffas, one of the principal witnesses, testified that he knew nothing noth-ing about the theft of the automobile. automo-bile.
