They also went over practically 1 the same testimony given by the philn- tiff in regard to the paralysis coming on after his second Injection of drugs by the physician. They corroborated I the statements made by the youth. John N Sparge, local merchant, was I rolled upon the stand this morning and testified to having employed fL, Everts In his store from October. 191C, f to December, 1917 He said that practically during the entire time that " Everts worked for him his face con tained eruptions. ' Dr. H W. Nelson went on the stand . before noon and gave expert testi mony regarding blood diseases and their treatment.
