Agreements are to be between "the United Farmers' Grain corporation, a non-profit corporation," und the individual indi-vidual producer, and It is set out that 'contracts are not to become effective i "until similar contracts covering at ii aat sixty per cent or approximately ten million acres of wheat" have been entered Into. The grower who enters into contract with the corporation agrees to deliver to It all his wheat save what he retains re-tains for his own seed and feed, and the corporation agrees to sell this I wheat at the best prices obtainable un-jder un-jder market conditions and to turn over to the grower the proceeds Ihss all costs of operations. oo |
