Claims Sale of an Automobile Was Illegal Transaction w Marion Fretwell has filed suit In the district tourl against the Bingham Mercantile company, A. L. Inglesb and H. C Peterson to recover $1132, the value of an Oakland automobile which was taken under attachment and sold. According to the sheriff's department, depart-ment, the automobile in question was seized January 23. 1919, upon an attachment at-tachment issued from the justice's court at Bingham. It is added that the allegation is made that the justice jus-tice court exceeded its jurisdiction in issuing the attachment upon property exceedinc $299 in value The sheriff's department sold the automobile under the writ of attachment from the Bingham Bing-ham justice court. oo
