The guard found a lively fire burning vhen he returned. Members of the crew extinguished the fire and Fisher was placed in irons. The Germans was one of five of his countrymen placed on board the Patricia by consent of the allied governments gov-ernments to watch the Hamburcr-American Hamburcr-American line's property. He was formerly for-merly a second officer on a German merchant Bhip. The Patricia is one of the first German Ger-man merchantmen turned over to the allies. |
