Show NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS. Scaled bids will bo received by tho Board of Education of Ogdon City at Room 30S, Colonel Hudson Building, Ogden, Og-den, Utah, until eight o'clock Friday, April 30, 1920, for labor and materials in connection con-nection with plumbing, heating, ventilating ventilat-ing and vacuum cleaning systems required re-quired for a part of tho Washington school, whicn tho sold board proposes to erect in Ogden. Utah. Two separate bids aro requested: 1 For plumbing. 2 For heating system, ventilatinc system sys-tem and vacuum cleaning system. For plans, tho bidders aro referred to the offlco of Hodgson and McCIenohan, Architects, at 829 Eccles Bldg., Ogdon, Utah, under whoso direction nil required lahor and materials must bo furnished and applied. A deposit will ba required to obtain plans, which will bo refunded upon return of samo. The board icscrvcs tho right to reject any or all bids. A certified check mado payablo to said board, for a sum of money not loss than fivo per cent of tho amount of 'ho hid must accompany oat h bid, and tho check of any aueccssiul bidder snail bo forfeited in caso ho fails or refuses to enter into tho nossessarv contract und furnish a hond required bv tho board. The contract shall contain, among other things, a stipulation that at least twenty per cent of tho contract prlco may bo withheld until tho work in each contract la completed and accepted by the board.
