Show LEGAL NOTICES NOTICE OF INTENTION, Notice is hereby given by tho Board of Commissioners of Ogdon City, UUh, of the Intent on pf saidVBoard of Commissioners to make tho following described Improve-mont, Improve-mont, to-wit: To create Liberty Avonuo betweon Twenty-sixth and Twenty-seventh Streets. Capitol Street betweon Van uuren and Harrison Avenues, and Gram-crcy Gram-crcy Avenuo between Twenty-fifth and Twenty-sixth street as a paving district and to pave tho roadway therein with Portland Cement Concrete Pavement; also to construct combination curbs 'and gut-tors gut-tors and driveways on both sldea of Capt-toi Capt-toi street botween Van Burcn and Harrison Harri-son Avenues; also to build all culverts, irrigation ir-rigation and drainage systems, curbs and gutters and sidewalks, and to construct water and sewor sorvlce connections from tho main to the curb line at tho expense or the individual owners opposito tho lots or, Parts pf lots or houses not now supplied with such connections. The above named ork shall include the necessary grading i tnorofor and all other work necessary to complete the wholo In a propor manner according to the plane, specifications and profllos on fllo in the offlco of tho City Engincor, and to defray the wholo of tho cps and expense of tho abutter's portion thereof by a levy of a special tax to be assessed upon tho lota or pieces of ground within tho following described district, being be-ing tho district to bo affected or benefited by such improvement, namely: All the land lying between the outer boundary lines of said streets and a lino drawn fifty feet back from and parallel to said outer boundary lines on both sides of Liberty Avenue between Twenty-sixth and Twenty-seventh Streets. Capitol Street between Van Burcn and Harrison Avenues, and Gramcrcy Avenue botween Twenty-flftb and Twenty-sixth Streets, being Lots 1 to 10 both inclusive Block 3, Plat "B"; Lots 14 to 39 both IncluBlvo. Capitol Block Subdivision Sub-division of Block 30, Plat "C"; T-ots 1 to 10 both Inclusive, Block 5. Plat "B", all In Ogden City Survey. The estimated cost of each sower connection con-nection Is $35.00. Tho estimated cost of each water connection con-nection is $30.00. Tho estimated cost of constructing combination com-bination curbs and gutters en both sides of Capitol Street between Vaa Burcn and Harrison Avenues is $2,840.0). Tho estimated cost of constructing each driveway on both sides of Capitol Street between Van Buren and Harrison Avenues la nn The estimated cost as given below doe not Include the cost of constructing private pri-vate sower or water connections, r.or the cost of constructing combination curbs and gutters and driveways on bcth sides of Capitol Street between Van Burcn and Harrison Avenues, which costs are to be assessed against the proporty benefited in addition to the regular assessmenL The total cost of said improvement is estimated at 27.530.00. Ail protests or objections to such Improvement Im-provement or to the carrying out of such intention must be presented In writing signed by tho owners of abutting propertv describing tho same togother with th number of abutting front feet and be filed with the City Recorder on or before the 7th day of May. 1920.
