The congressional party will arrive here tomorrow afternoon. Twenty-five Twenty-five men comprise the party. Michigan delegates will arrive here tomorrow at IS o'clock, 12o delegates being aboard the train. Fifty delegates dele-gates from Tennessee will arrive tomorrow to-morrow afternoon. Sixty-eight delegates from Alabama i wore Ogden visitors last night, do-1 parting shortly after 10 o'clock.
