Show SUGAR OFFICIALS TO BE HEARD TOMORROW SALT LAKE. June 24. Of ficials of the Utah-Idaho Sugar company, charged with profiteering in a complaint com-plaint issued by the United States district dis-trict attorney of Idaho, will be given preliminary hearing tomorrow morning morn-ing at 10 o'clock before United States Commissioner Henry V. Van Pelt in his offices here. The Utah-Idaho officials who were ordered arrested upon warrants which arrived several days ago and will bo-heard bo-heard tomorrow arc Heber J. Grant, Charles W. Nlbley. Thomas R. Cutler, Morrill Nlbley, Horaco G. Whitney, Walter T. Pyper and Stephen H. Love. Tho warrants were not served on the officials, but instead the individuals individ-uals were notified to appear. It was stated last night that If the officials failed to appear the warrants would be served and the men placed in custody cus-tody until bond was furnished. |
