INTERCOLLEGIATE AIR H RACE IN NORTHWEST H SPOKANE, Wash., June 4 . An in-tcrcolleglatc in-tcrcolleglatc airplane race, said to bo H I the first ever held in tho northwest, was announced today for next Wed- nesday between Dave Matthews of I Spokane, representing the University I of Idaho, and George Tozer.of Evorett, a student at Washington Stato college. The filers will circle the campus of the two institutions, which are nine miles apart, several times during tho course of the race, a purauit contest of fifty miles.
