CHICAGO, June 4, Outlining hi campaign plans, Senator Johnson of California, today declared the Johnson John-son forces would present a league of nations plank denouncing the present covenant and urge a plank on the high cost of living and another on labor against "de-harmonizing" the labor party. Prohibition, he predicted, would not be mentioned. Personally, Senator 'Johnson announced an-nounced In his daily talk with newspaper news-paper representatives, he would make "a straight out fight in the open, with no trades, no deals, no compromised." "I'm tickled to death with the situation," situ-ation," said Senator Johnson. "J have a feeling of confidence that is delightful delight-ful to me."
