Show LEGAL NOTICES NOTICE OF OGDEN CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT BOND ELECTION An election is hereby called and will be held in each of the Municipal Wards of Ogden City, at the polling pla -. hereinafter designated, on Wednesday, jt the 16th ia of April A. D. 1919, be- tween the hours of seven o'clock a. m. and seven o'clock p. m. of said day, i' during which time the polls will re-, main open In each of said wards, for the purpose of submitting to the tax- I payers of said Ogden City school dls- T txict, entitled to vote thereat, and vot- ,l ing upon the question of whether or not bonds of said district in the amount of Five Hundred Thousand I dollars ($500,000.00). each of the de-j de-j nomination of One Thousund Dollars I ($1.000 44), bearing interest at the I rate of not to exceed five per cent I (5 per cent) per annum from date oT 1 1 issue, payable semi-annually in accordance ac-cordance with interest coupons to be j (attached thereto and running for a period of Twenty (20) years, with the I reservation of the right to redeem said 1 I bonds, or any of them, at any time after ten years from date of issue, shall j 1 be issued by this Board and sold for the puipose of raising money for pur- j chasing school sites, for building, re- j modeling, healing, or enlarging the arious school houses in Ogden City and supplying same with furniture and ' necessary apparatus ! The following are hereby designated designat-ed as the polling places at said election elec-tion within said wards, respectively: First Municipal Ward at Washing- !; ton School, west side of Washington Avenue between 32nd and 33rd streets.
