Show Fighting George Defeats Emmett At Manhattan Club SALT LAKE. April 1. It was easv pickings for Fighting George at the Manhattan club- last night. After a brief exchange of blows in the opening i round with Kid Emmett, George slip- I ped a stiff one to Emmett's mouth and Started the nectar flowing in such a I pushing manner that the Kid was in no Shape to proceed with the fight. Refe-' ree Hardy Downing stopped the fracas after an examination of Emmett's mouth und called further proceedings' off.
