Show CLUB WOMEN TO ASSEMBLE HERE State Federated Clubs to Hold I hree Days Sessions Ses-sions Here Preparationi for the meeting In ''e- den of the Stato Federation of Women's Wo-men's Clubs, which will open tomorrow tomor-row aand continue unlil Wednesday, are pructlcallv completed and a large attendance of women from all parts of Utah Is expected. The sessions will be held in Uu- lilks' ilub. One of tho features of the sessions will be the appearance of Mrs. Anno Faulkner Obendorfcr chairman of music for the general federation of women's clubs, and Miss May IJllss Dickinson, who will,give an address on ' Mothorci aft" one evening during the convention, igden women will play important parts during the meetings und will give talks on various subjects. Mrs. Eva C. Erb Is scheduled for an address on "Literature and the Library" at the' Tuesday meeting, and during the same session, Mrs. Joseph R. Morrell will address ad-dress an audience on "Art." Community singing will hold a place on the program of each meeting and the schedule shows that each session I will open with songs. The annual ban-iiii ban-iiii t will bo held Tuesday evening ut 5 o'clock In the Weber club The annual meeting will open at 9 o'clock tomorrow morning with an executive ex-ecutive board meeting. A meeting ol i presidents and conference of the de-jpartment de-jpartment of civics will be held at the same hour. At 10 o'clock the general session will open with community singing, sing-ing, followed by invocation. Mayor Prank Frnncla has been selected se-lected to give the address of welcome. Musical numbers will be Introduced frequently during the opening session A feature of the Initial meeting will be the Introduction of distinguished guests, including Mrs. Obendorfcr and other womon from the eastern states. oo |
