Aug. 17 Issuance of i tht official call for the Democratic mate and congressional conventions was made yesterday from state head-, quarters of the party at the Newhouse hotel The call for the state eonven-! tlon was stgneil by M. L. Mulllner. Stsis chairman, and Paul H.
